Time and specialised care. Most commercial transport drivers are not trained to handle a seizing pet or an animal in respiratory distress. In a medical crisis, a regular car lacks the oxygen support and stabilisation tools necessary to prevent a condition from worsening. We provide a sterile, medically equipped environment where your pet is treated as a patient, not just a passenger.
Can your team administer medication or treatments during transport?
Our veterinary paramedics and EMTs are certified and trained to provide stabilisation. While we work under the guidance of veterinary protocols, our primary focus is "The Golden Hour", maintaining airway, breathing, and circulation. We can monitor vitals, provide oxygen therapy, manage wound haemorrhaging, and perform CPR to keep the patient stable until we reach the veterinary hospital.
How do you handle medical emergencies for high-rise or difficult access rescues?
For animals stuck on ledges, in drains, or high-rise units, we combine Technical Rescue with Emergency Medicine. Once the animal is secured using our specialized rigging, our medical team immediately assesses them for trauma, internal injuries, or shock. We begin medical stabilization on-site before the animal is even moved to the ambulance.

As an independent emergency service, we will transport your pet to the nearest 24h Veterinary Hospital in Singapore. If you are unsure where to go, our dispatchers can provide real-time information on nearby hospitals that are currently accepting emergency cases to ensure your pet receives care as quickly as possible.
What medical equipment is available onboard your Pet Ambulance?
Our ambulances are specialized Intensive Care Units (ICUs) on wheels. We carry life-saving equipment including medical-grade oxygen tanks, nebulizers, automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and specialized stretchers for spinal stabilization. Our vehicles are climate-controlled and designed to minimize vibration, ensuring a stable environment for critical patients during transit.
